A clear, transparent process designed to protect both property owners and guests at every step.
Property Onboarding
The property owner submits the onboarding form with complete details including property information, room inventory, B2B pricing, amenities, property photographs, Google Maps location, and bank account details for payouts.
Verification
The FusionStays team reviews and verifies all submitted information. If additional details are required, our team will contact the property owner before approval.
Property Goes Live
After successful verification, your property is published on the FusionStays platform. Guests can now discover your property and submit booking requests.
Booking Request
When a guest selects your property, FusionStays first confirms room availability with you before accepting the reservation. This ensures accurate availability and prevents double bookings.
Advance Payment
Once availability is confirmed, the guest pays 50% of the total booking amount as an advance. The booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully received.
Partner Payout
After receiving the guest's advance payment, FusionStays deducts the pre-agreed commission along with applicable GST and transfers the remaining balance directly to the property's registered bank account. Payments received before 7:00 PM (IST) are processed on the same business day, while payments received after 7:00 PM (IST) are processed by the next business morning.
Guest Check-in
On the scheduled check-in date, the guest arrives at the property. The guest pays the remaining 50% directly to the property owner unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
Stay Completion
The property provides the agreed accommodation and services, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before check-in
Full refund on the advance amount paid.
15–30 days before check-in
50% refund on the advance amount paid.
7–15 days before check-in
25% refund on the advance amount paid.
Less than 7 days before check-in
No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
While we follow this cancellation policy for most of the properties, we are ok to follow your cancellation policy for your property.
